In regards to the services that Team Too provides for pest control, our
regular general pest control service includes the following pests: American
Cockroaches, Brown Banded Cockroaches, German Cockroaches, Oriental Cockroaches,
Smokey Brown Cockroaches, Crickets, Carpet Beetles, Silverfish, Ants, Fleas,
Sowbugs, Spiders, Black Widows, Brown Recluse Spider, Pantry Pests, Pantry
Weevils, Pantry Moths, Rodents (Interior), and Pill bugs.
Exterior rodent control is provided through the maintenance of tamper proof
rodent bait stations. The bait used is a single feed bait, meaning that once a
rodent feeds a single time from the bait station the bait activates and
eliminates the rodents. All rodent baits have been evaluated by our staff
veterinarian for the possibility of secondary poisoning.
All properties are serviced completely on the exterior
every month including all building foundations, walkways,
trash collection points, pool areas, playgrounds, and any other common area. Our
service is designed as a proactive approach to pest elimination, we don’t wait
for the “fires” to start and then go to put them out, we actively and
aggressively attempt to eliminate and prevent all infestations that may occur on
a multi family property.
When a property calls for a service request we are able to respond
immediately, usually within 2-4 hours for all calls including
bees. No matter where the property is, we have technicians in the
area. We also understand the laws regarding entry to units and the necessity to
give 24 hour notice at times, our scheduling staff works with your on site
management to coordinate the service times.
Team Too also offers single billing for all properties (if requested). We can
invoice each property separately; however bill all services to a single billing
address. All payments are posted to the correct account. We also offer our
Customer Connect web site for management; you can pay the bill online, view
services performed, view upcoming services, and request additional
services.
