Team Too does not use the "one method fits all" scenario, we believe that a
once we perform a comprehensive inspection of your property including the
interior, exterior, attic spaces, substructures, and garages we can properly
outline an appropriate method of eliminating the termite problems.
Our treatment methods include many scenarios that do not require tenant move
out.
Team Too realizes the many challenges of dealing with todays multi family
environement. Typical treatment options are not always the best method to look
at due to the constraints of dealing with tenants. Team Too works closely with
property management to evaluate all situations and find the best
conclusions.
Our four step process includes:
- Initial consultation with the property manager/owner to discuss their
desires with a termite elimination program.
- Inspection of the problem area(s)
- Identification of possible treatment scenarios.
- Post inspection consultation with the property management / owner to
discuss possible solutions to the problems and schedule the desired
work.
